Job Summary:

As a Technical Customer Support Representative at Progressive Technology, you’ll be the frontline support for our customers, providing expert assistance and troubleshooting for our range of technology products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.

Working Hours:
