Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to account access, billing, and streaming services.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about Hulus services, features, and promotions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer service processes.
  • Stay updated on Hulus product offerings, updates, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

Working Hours
