Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer – Freshers

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Fresh Graduates for the position of Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and design test plans.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios for functional, performance, and regression testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform manual and automated testing of software applications and systems.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on test execution, including issues and recommendations for improvements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software quality and testability.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and various testing techniques.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is preferred.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

• This position is open to recent graduates with little to no professional experience in software testing.
• Internship or project experience related to QA and testing will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required based on project needs.
