Key Responsibilities:

• Product Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain product information, including descriptions, prices, images, and specifications across various eCommerce platforms.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability is accurately reflected online.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of the online store to identify and correct errors or discrepancies in product listings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product management, marketing, and sales teams to gather and verify product information and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• SEO Optimization: Ensure product descriptions and other relevant data are optimized for search engines to improve online visibility.
• Data Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on product data, inventory levels, and other key metrics for management review.
• Customer Support: Assist in resolving any product-related inquiries or issues that arise from online customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and data management systems. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing product information.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve product data management processes.

Experience:

Working Hours:
