Gwendolyn Property Management, LLC manages apartments and is rapidly expanding with purchases of single family homes. We run a very professional, clean operation and have very high standards for ourselves and others. Buying houses and filling apartment vacancies are part of our business, as are the general office activities of any business.
All work for this position is done from home. 20-40 hours a week depending on ability.
Scope of work:
Entering data into Google spreadsheet
Various other data entry, and online data research of public records
Cleaning up spreadsheets
Skills needed:
a) Outstanding Data Entry Skills
b) Working knowledge of MS Excel
c) Working knowledge of Google Drive
d) Ability to work unsupervised for long periods of time
e) Ability get things done start to finish. Period.
Equipment needed:
PC, preferably running Windows
