Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Provide information about flight schedules, fare rules, and other travel-related queries.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on Southwest Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and any issues are resolved.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time position with flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
