Job Summary:
Southwest Airlines is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide information about flight schedules, fare rules, and other travel-related queries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on Southwest Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and any issues are resolved.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus.
Working Hours:
