Job Summary:

As a Customer Sales and Service Agent at Progressive Technology, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and promote our products and services. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and customer service skills to ensure a high level of satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet sales goals.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is advantageous but not required.
