Key Responsibilities
Streamline and optimize digital workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency at Amazon.
Analyze digital systems and identify areas where improvements can be made to enhance user experience and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions that drive business objectives.
Assist in managing ongoing digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
Maintain detailed documentation of digital processes for future reference and team use.
Proactively address any challenges or inefficiencies in digital processes.
Provide continuous support and feedback for process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A bachelor degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, ERP systems, and other digital software).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for improving processes.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to clearly explain complex ideas and solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office software.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in digital process optimization or digital transformation.
Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (RPA, AI, etc.).
Experience working with large-scale digital systems, ideally in a corporate or e-commerce setting.
Knowledge of data analytics and how it can be applied to process improvements.
Certification in Project Management or Agile methodologies.
Experience with Amazon tools or services is a plus.
