Key Responsibilities
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Stay updated on current trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to improve strategy.
Assist in creating social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and performance tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional).
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere or CapCut.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.
Previous experience in a remote work environment.
