We are hiring Telesales Callers to join the Flipkart team for a work-from-home position. As a telesales representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers via phone to inform them about Flipkart's offerings, products, and promotions, assisting with their inquiries, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Flipkart products and services.
Understand customer needs and offer the most suitable products or solutions based on their requirements.

Answer customer queries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with orders and product inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including contact information, product preferences, and feedback.
Upsell or cross-sell products during calls based on customer needs and preferences.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics (KPIs) set by the company.
Follow up on customer leads and inquiries in a timely manner to close sales.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred, but not mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to drive sales.
Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Strong listening skills and a professional attitude.

Pay Details
Base Pay: Starting from ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
