Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as a strategic advisor to third-party sellers enrolled in the Paid Selling Partner Services program

  • Analyze business performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth

  • Develop and manage customized account strategies to help vendors achieve their goals on the platform

  • Build strong relationships with sellers and act as their primary point of contact

  • Guide sellers through best practices in marketing, inventory management, pricing, and catalog optimization

  • Drive adoption of internal tools, features, and new programs that benefit seller performance

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics) to solve seller challenges

  • Track performance metrics and report on progress toward seller success KPIs




Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, vendor consulting, e-commerce, or sales strategy

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to drive decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively

  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Experience working with or selling on major e-commerce marketplaces is a plus
