We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Entry-Level Project Coordinator to support cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects across Canada. This fully remote role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain experience in project management while working with innovative companies in the tech, marketing, or business services sectors.
You will assist in planning, tracking, and communicating project progress while learning the fundamentals of coordination in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Assist in the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track project timelines and deliverables
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and task trackers
Help identify and mitigate project risks or delays
Support team leads with administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with scope and quality standards
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic understanding of project management principles
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or Asana
High level of attention to detail and ability to follow through
Degree or diploma in business, communications, or related field (or relevant experience)
0–2 years of professional experience in a coordination, admin, or support role
Internships, co-ops, or volunteer project experience are considered valuable
Exposure to virtual work environments or remote teams is a plus
Full-time or part-time, depending on availability
Monday to Friday, flexible working hours (EST or PST preferred)
100% remote with occasional virtual meetings and check-ins
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of project management
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Work from anywhere in Canada
