Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate at Flipkart, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fulfillment centers. Your responsibilities will include sorting, scanning, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately sort, pack, label, and dispatch products based on order requirements.
• Ensure items are picked and packed in compliance with company quality standards.
• Use handheld devices/scanners for scanning and processing items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
• Support inventory counts and stock movement activities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
• Physically fit and capable of standing, lifting, and moving packages for extended periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic reading and number skills for handling product labels and codes.

Shift and Working Hours:

• Flexible shift options: Day and Night Shifts Available.
• Shift timing may vary depending on warehouse location and demand.
• Overtime and weekend availability may be required during peak periods.

Experience:

• No prior experience required.
• Freshers and candidates with warehouse/logistics experience are encouraged to apply.
