Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Lead QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead quality assurance efforts for our Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, ensuring that all features and functionalities meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the quality assurance process for Salesforce Service Cloud projects, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and user stories.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure requirements are met and deliverables are on time.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Continuously review and improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Service Cloud features and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, including its features, functionalities, and configuration.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and Agile practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience leading QA teams and managing test projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with standard business hours (9 AM – 5 PM) and occasional flexibility based on project needs.

- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Ability to develop and execute test plans and scripts with a keen eye for detail.
