As a Customer Service Engineer at Progressive Technology, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients across Canada. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible hours with the option to work evenings and weekends as needed to support clients across different time zones in Canada.

  • Deep understanding of various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
