Job Summary
American Express is seeking a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to support various administrative and operational functions. This role offers flexibility in terms of part-time or full-time work and provides the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing top-notch support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online collaboration tools is a plus.
Experience
- Prior experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is advantageous.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with options for part-time or full-time schedules.
- Must be available to work during core business hours in the U.S. time zones.
