Human Resources Intern (Part-time, Work-from-Home)

HR Services is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain practical experience in the HR field while managing a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will support our HR department in various tasks and projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR information system.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience
