HR Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruitment professional to join our team on a part-time or work-from-home basis, specifically for the Delhi/NCR region. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and have a knack for identifying top talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both the company and the candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening Resumes: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Offer Management: Negotiate offers and manage the offer process, ensuring timely and smooth acceptance and onboarding.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
  • Reporting: Maintain and update recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the HR services sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and MS Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

Experience

  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in recruiting for diverse roles and industries within the Delhi/NCR region.

Working Hours

  • Part-Time: Flexible working hours, with an expected commitment of 20-25 hours per week.
  • Work From Home: Full flexibility to work from home, with occasional meetings or events in the office as required.
