Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Agent at Delta Airlines, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their travel needs, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with reservations, ticketing, and travel arrangements.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines’ products, services, and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications.

Experience:
