Key Responsibilities

• Design and Implement Cloud Solutions: Architect and deploy cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Maintain Cloud Systems: Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, and management tasks.
• Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect cloud infrastructure and data.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cloud operations, providing expert support to internal teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to integrate cloud solutions seamlessly into the overall IT environment.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure, procedures, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud operations, with a focus on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in cloud architecture, automation tools (Terraform, Ansible), and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
• Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in large-scale cloud migrations and transformations.
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Prior experience in a leadership or senior engineering role is a plus.

Working Hours
