Tele Calling Specialist (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss loan products and services.
  • Use scripts or talking points to effectively communicate loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through telephone conversations.
  • Gather information about clients’ financial needs and assess their interest in loan products.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about various loan products offered by the organization.
  • Provide detailed information about interest rates, terms, and conditions to potential clients.

Client Engagement:

  • Build rapport with clients and address their inquiries or concerns regarding loan products.
  • Explain the loan application process and guide clients through the initial steps.

Documentation Assistance:

  • Assist clients in understanding the required documentation for loan applications.
  • Explain the importance of accurate and complete documentation.

Follow-up Calls:

  • Conduct follow-up calls to check on the progress of loan applications.
  • Address any additional information or documentation required from clients.

Data Entry:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the organization’s database.
  • Document client details, preferences, and feedback for future reference.

Target Achievement:

  • Work towards achieving sales targets and quotas set by the organization.
  • Report daily or weekly progress to supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of loan products, interest rates, and lending procedures.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry skills.
