Job Description:

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients in the French language during the night shift. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive timely and accurate solutions to their technical issues.


  1. Provide technical support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat during the night shift hours.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Customer support.
  3. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and offer clear explanations.
  4. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  5. Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer support processes.


  1. Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
  2. Previous experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Familiarity with MS Office.
