Service Desk Dispatcher – Night Shift

OnnJobs is a dynamic and growing company committed to delivering top-notch service in the IT. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Dispatcher to join our team on the night shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log customer service requests through various channels (phone, email, etc.).
  • Prioritize and dispatch service technicians to client sites based on urgency and skillset.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on service status.
  • Monitor and manage service technician schedules to ensure optimal coverage during the night shift.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and escalate problems as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatch activities, and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a service desk or dispatching role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Availability to work the night shift and weekends as needed.
