Executive Assistant (only Female Candidates)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team while also contributing to business development initiatives. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, communication, and business development responsibilities.


Administrative Support:

  • Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

Business Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities..
  • Communicate with clients and partners to build and maintain relationships.


  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, as well as responding to emails.
  • Draft and edit professional correspondence and documents.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.


  1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  5. Business development acumen and the ability to identify opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in business development or sales.
  3. Only female candidates are required
