Chat Support Associate (Part-time, Remote)

Jobs Park is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chat Support Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our chat platform, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and build strong relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong chat handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in a chat support environment

Working Hours:

  • Part-time position with flexible hours
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
